There are several IMS clients out there recently, which can be used with the Open IMS Core.

• FOKUS' MONSTER client is available since Feb 2009 (yet currently still without the source code). There are free of charge download versions for Windows, Mac OS, Linux and Win Mobile right here
• The UCT IMS Client which is available under the GPL
• The IMS Communicator, also under the GPL
